I will always try and complete orders ahead of schedule but please keep in mind each product is made-to-order so plan on allowing up to 2-3 weeks for processing. Once your package is dropped off at USPS it will take 1-5 business days (possibly longer depending on your location) to be delivered. If you have issues with delivery please see our shipping policy.

If it is a preorder item please keep in mind the 2-3 week processing time starts the day after the preorder close date.

Wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Delicate cycle. Do not bleach. Hang dry (do not put in dryer!). Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Ironing is not recommended. Instead try these options:

• Use a steamer.
• Use a hair dryer - lay the item on a flat surface. Keep the dryer a couple of inches above the fabric. You can spritz a few drops of water before blow drying to help soften it.
• Use a damp towel over wrinkles, press down and smooth out, hang to air dry.

If you are going to iron your item knowing it is not recommended, please use a cotton towel/pressing cloth on top.
